180° Dining is a plated dinner experience prepared by our professional students under the guidance of our Chef Instructors. Each Cook Street professional class creates the menu and works with the sommelier to pair wines. We like to think that this is a deal of a meal — five courses with wine for only $75 — and the proceeds go to the Cook Street Scholarship Fund.
