Holiday Gingerbread Houses

Cook Street takes the mess and hassle out of the holiday house-building tradition by providing a fully constructed gingerbread house with additional room for landscape. We also provide all the icing and candy necessary for decorating the perfect gingerbread house. To counter the sugar rush, lunch will be served with punch for the kids and wine for the adults.

Knife Skills
This class is an introduction to basic knife skills and techniques. You’ll learn the difference between a chef’s knife, paring knife, boning knife, scimitar and slicer.
