About Cook Street

Established in 1999, Cook Street School of Fine Cooking has quickly grown into one of the nation’s top culinary schools. The owners of Cook Street are passionate about food and are dedicated to providing the finest education possible to both aspiring culinary professionals and recreational food enthusiasts.

The Cook Street 180° Culinary Arts Program centers on our unique hands-on, preparation-to-consumption learning model. Here, we immerse our students in the rigors of cooking, and consuming, a complete meal every single day. Our modern 3,000-square foot kitchen was designed to optimize the teaching experience by featuring top-of-the-line commercial equipment.

Our staff consists of many of the industry’s top professionals who have more than 100 years of combined culinary experience. And our eight students to one chef-instructor ratio, one of the lowest in the country, ensures plenty of personal attention.

Cook Street’s widely respected programs have been honored by numerous publications, including SmartMoney magazine, which named us one of the best culinary schools in the country. Cook Street was also awarded the American Culinary Federation Foundation’s (ACFF) Educational Assurance Award.
