Students train at top culinary schools in France and Italy, experiencing first-hand, and with all five senses, what they have learned in the 180° program. In addition to cooking alongside some of Europe’s finest educators, students tour wineries, cheese dairies, olive oil producers and seaside markets. It’s an intimate program designed to inspire.
