Italian Study Abroad Program

For students interested in a more comprehensive experience, the Italian Study Abroad Short Course includes study and training at the prestigious Italian Food Style Education Culinary Institute (IFSE) in Piobesi Torinese, Italy, followed by a professional externship.

The three-month long Italian course consists of three weeks of hands-on training and theoretical lessons at the culinary school, plus a wide variety of exciting and educational field trips. Students then serve a two month externship at a restaurant selected by the instructors at IFSE. Boarding and accommodations are provided by the restaurant owners.
