Located in the heart of Denver’s historic LoDo district, every inch of Cook Street’s cutting edge 3,000-square foot kitchen was designed to optimize your educational experience. Class begins at our custom-designed, white maple butcher block bench, where you’ll listen to lectures and take notes. Then, it’s time to get to work on the day's menu, which you’ll execute on commercial-grade gas cook-tops, a professional Combi oven and a granite demonstration island equipped with halogen burners. Cook Street is also home to a separate baking and pastry kitchen plus a custom-built wood-fired brick bread oven. While Cook Street offers everything found in an efficient commercial kitchen, it also exudes a warm, inviting European feel thanks to our beautiful woodwork, hand-painted walls and lovely stonework. |
