Our Kitchen
Our cutting-edge, 3,000-square-foot kitchen and wine room are located in the heart of Denver’s historic LoDo district…and there’s lots to love.  Kick back, relax, and sharpen your skills at our custom-designed white maple butcher block bench.  Get cooking with our commercial-grade gas cook tops, professional Combi oven, granite demonstration island, dedicated baking and pastry kitchen and showstopping wood-fired brick bread oven.  It’s sure to be a night to remember.

Transportation
The Cook Street event facility is easily accessible by car or light rail (stops at Market Street Station or Union Station). 

Park nearby at $5 lots on 20th and Market Street and 19th and Market Street or a $3 lot at 21st and Market Street.  Prices rise Friday through Sunday and on game days; please refer to individual lots for details. 

Summer is a flurry of activity, so plan ahead.  The Cook Street event facility is close to Coors Field, so please be aware of the Rockies summer schedule before making your travel plans.  While we try to remind you of upcoming games and events, it’s your responsibility to get to the school on time and arrange for parking and transportation.  Click here to view the Colorado Rockies’ current schedule.
