Get down to business in a private space with a luxe Cook Street twist!  Schedule your next meeting at Cook Street's gourmet LoDo facility...our gorgeous, enclosed wine room is available by day for groups of 8 to 16.  AV equipment, wireless internet, coffee, and tea service is included.  Hungry?  Contact us to discuss antipasti trays and lunch options. 
Cost:  $250/half day; $350/full day.


Private Wine Classes
What's better than a relaxing glass of wine?  An in-depth wine lesson for you and yours!  Explore the wide world of wine without leaving our private facility, conveniently located in the heart of LoDo in Denver.  Designed for intimate groups of 8 to 16, your private wine class includes light appetizers, guided instruction, and perfectly paired wines. 
Cost:  $600 for 8 guests, $75 for each additional guest (16 maximum). 

Choose from the following lessons:
  • Wine 101:  A Guided Tasting: This wine primer takes you on a tour of wine terminology, history, and grape characteristics as you taste and compare eight famous varieties.
  • Food & Wine Pairing:  Great things come in pairs!  This class will leave you with a lasting understanding of how food and wine interact.
  • Passport Series:  Explore a wine region in-depth with a specially designed trip to France, Italy, or Spain.
  • Old World versus New World Wines:  You've heard the terminology.  Now taste the difference between classic and up-and-coming regions.
